Wootton Named Playboy All-American

NUSports.com is reporting senior DE Corey Wootton was named to the Playboy All-American team today. Wootton, who exploded in '08 with 42 tackles and 10 sacks (of NU's 34), becomes the first Wildcat player since Damien Anderson in 2001 to get the pre-season honor. Hopefully this is just a tad bit more motivation to keep Corey continuing his extremely hard work to fully recover from his ACL tear during the Alamo Bowl game last season.
